If you submit a request outside of business hours, we will call you first thing the following morning. For urgent situations like a grease overflow or a hauler no-show, calling us directly is the fastest way to get help. Our dispatch team monitors the phone line seven days a week and can get a driver to you within hours for emergency situations. Most new customers hear back from us within sixty to ninety minutes of submitting their form during operating hours.

No. There is no fee to request a pickup and no fee for the pickup itself. Used cooking oil collection is a completely free service for qualifying restaurants and commercial kitchens. You will never receive an invoice for oil collection, container rental, or manifest documentation. The only services we charge for are grease trap cleaning and emergency overflow response, and both of those are quoted upfront before any work begins. Filling out our contact form creates zero financial obligation. It simply starts a conversation about how we can help your restaurant with grease disposal. If you decide our service is not the right fit, there is no charge and no hard feelings.

We just need your restaurant name, your name, a phone number, and your city. That is enough for us to confirm we serve your area and have a productive first conversation. If you know the number of fryers in your kitchen, that helps us recommend the right pickup frequency and container size, but it is not required upfront. During our initial call, we will ask about your current grease disposal setup, your preferred pickup schedule, and where you would like the container placed. The whole onboarding process from first contact to first pickup typically takes three to five business days, and most of that time is just coordinating delivery logistics.

Absolutely. Requesting a pickup through our form does not create a contract or any obligation. If you change your mind, decide to stay with your current hauler, or simply want to hold off for now, just let us know and we will cancel the request immediately. There is no cancellation fee, no questions asked, and no salesperson calling you repeatedly to change your mind. Even after you become an active customer, you can cancel at any time because we operate on a month-to-month basis with zero cancellation penalties. We want every customer to stay because they are genuinely happy with the service, not because they feel trapped.
