We built this company because we experienced firsthand how unreliable and opaque the traditional grease hauling industry was, and we believed restaurant owners deserved a modern alternative. Yes. We hold an active California Department of Food and Agriculture Inedible Kitchen Grease transporter license and maintain full commercial general liability insurance. Every driver on our team is trained on CDFA manifest requirements and California Code of Regulations Title 3 Section 1180 compliance standards. When we pick up your oil, we generate a digital manifest that documents the date, time, volume, driver, vehicle, and destination facility. This ensures you always have a complete, audit-ready paper trail. We take licensing and compliance seriously because we know the consequences of improper grease transportation can be severe for both the hauler and the restaurant.

We launched in 2026 with a clear mission: bring Silicon Valley-grade reliability and technology to an industry that desperately needed it. While we are a newer company, our founding team brings deep experience in logistics, compliance, and restaurant operations.
