El Toro Road Runs Through Laguna Hills — So Does Our Route

Laguna Hills is a mid-size south county city in transition. The former Laguna Hills Mall site is being redeveloped into Five Lagunas — a mixed-use project that will bring new restaurant spaces to a commercial area that has served the community for decades. Along El Toro Road, the city's primary commercial corridor, shopping centers host a mature mix of family restaurants, ethnic kitchens, and fast casual spots that have built loyal followings in the surrounding residential neighborhoods.

Moulton Parkway adds a secondary restaurant corridor with kitchens in the shopping centers between El Toro Road and Aliso Creek. The Civic Center area near the intersection of El Toro and Moulton draws weekday lunch traffic from the office buildings and government facilities in the vicinity. These are steady, moderate-volume restaurants that produce reliable weekly oil output without the dramatic seasonal swings of tourist-driven cities.

Our Laguna Hills route is part of our south county central loop connecting Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and Mission Viejo. El Toro Road stops are handled in sequence as our driver moves through the corridor. The entire city is covered efficiently in under an hour, connecting naturally to the neighboring cities' stops on the same route day.
